The Italian Table

At this talk and tasting, James Beard Award winner Ron Suhanosky will offer an insider's view on Italian home cooking. The former chef-owner of Sfoglia will discuss the dishes he grew up on, the influence of his great-grandmother "Big Nonna" and the importance of the table in a meal—all topics that are covered in his cookbook, The Italian Table. Following the talk and a Q&A session, attendees will get to sample some items from Suhanosky's new Italian specialty store, Nonna's Table.
