Come hungry to Slow Food's annual fund-raising gala, featuring a whole-roasted pig from Fatty ’Cue and locavore grub from Gramercy Tavern and Porsena. Cocktails come courtesy of Little Branch, Clover Club and the New York Distilling Company—use them to toast Mary Cleaver (of the Cleaver Company), who will be honored for her work promoting local and sustainable food. Proceeds benefit the Urban Harvest program, which educates school children about healthy eating. VIP ticket holders will have an extra hour to snack and sip drinks mixed by cocktail scholar David Wondrich.
