Third Annual Greenmarket Cassoulet Cookoff

Cassoulet—slow-cooked stew made with beans and meat—is the focus of the cold-weather cook-off. Proceeds benefit GrowNYC's Greenmarket program, and all recipes must feature locally sourced ingredients.
