Booze enthusiasts can sample 30 different bottles, including local producers like Greenhook Ginsmiths, Red Hook distillery Cacao Prieto and Hudson Whiskey, and try them in mixed quaffs (such as an Ardbeg 10-year-old whiskey punch and Catdaddy Carolina Moonshine–spiked hot cider).
