Heirloom tomatoes take center stage at this seasonally inspired fest, a collaboration between French restaurant group Tour de France and GrowNYC. Nine eateries, including Nice Matin and L'Express, will craft à la carte menus honoring the seasonal staple. Enjoy preparations like frozen tomato gazpacho with shrimp and avocado ($10) at Cafe D'Alsace, or head to any of the participating restaurants to sip the festival's signature Tomate Provençal ($12), a cocktail made with muddled cherry tomatoes, herbs de Provence simple syrup, Farmer’s gin and Provençal rose.
