Twain’s Feast Spectacle with Andrew Beahrs

At this epic dinner party, Bubby's takes on the challenge proposed by Mark Twain in A Tramp Abroad: to cook a meal of more than 80 courses, prepared with the author's favorite ingredients. Under the guidance of author Andrew Beahrs (Twain’s Feast: Searching for America’s Lost Foods in the Footsteps of Samuel Clemens), the restaurant will attempt to re-create at least a portion of this feast, serving 27 dishes including fried oysters, duck legs boiled in duck fat and apple fritters.
