At this epic dinner party, Bubby's takes on the challenge proposed by Mark Twain in A Tramp Abroad: to cook a meal of more than 80 courses, prepared with the author's favorite ingredients. Under the guidance of author Andrew Beahrs (Twain’s Feast: Searching for America’s Lost Foods in the Footsteps of Samuel Clemens), the restaurant will attempt to re-create at least a portion of this feast, serving 27 dishes including fried oysters, duck legs boiled in duck fat and apple fritters. Wash it down with gratis beer, wine and homemade sodas. Bubby's, we salute you.
