Alex Raij and Eder Montero highlight seasonal sparkling vino at their third annual back-alley fiesta, with their Spanish restaurants Txikito, El Quinto Pino and La Vara. More than 15 Iberian wineries, including Xarmant, Ametza and Berroia, will pour samples of effervescent txakoli, a dry white from the Basque region. Between sips, chow down on chili-and-pineapple-rubbed pork tacos from La Palapa and fruity Mexican ice pops from La Newyorkina. All proceeds from this springtime street fest benefit Sanctuary for Families, a nonprofit aiding victims of domestic and gender violence.
