If your New Year's resolution is to drink better beer, get started at this celebration of unfiltered, unpasteurized cask ales. Over the course of the weekend, suds guru Alex Hall will be tapping 15 domestic brews rarely found in casks—such as Voodoo Unoaked Black Magick Imperial Stout and Blue Canoe Oak Aged Wheat Wine—for roughly $4–$8 a beer. On Sunday, soak up the suds with Cajun-style grub (including duck-and-okra gumbo) from the Tchoup Shop.
