After working in New York, Milan, Paris and his hometown in Southern Italy for the past 16 years, hairstylist Fabio Doti has finally opened his own space. The chic spot has shiny hardwood floors and comfortable, massaging shampoo chairs created by local designer Matias Sagaria. Relax while you receive a vigorous cleansing using Kérastase products, then choose from a cut (women $125, men $70), glaze ($65) or color (single $90, double $180). Highlights (partial $180, full $275), extensions ($1,000–$2,000) and keratin treatments ($350–$500) are also available by consultation.
