Salon Santa Cruz

Open since 1980, Salon Santa Cruz is a loftlike space decorated with large chandeliers and antique brick walls. The salon, which regularly hosts revolving art shows, offers cuts ($70 and up), manicures ($14), chemical treatments ($125 and up) and more. If you’re feeling cheap, book a free haircut during the training sessions, which run every Tuesday from 5 to 7pm.
