Comfort Inn Staten Island

It’s back to the “budget strip” for our final entry. As with most other chains, you know what you are getting with a Comfort Inn — basically, a standard hotel with comfy beds. As with its Wild Avenue neighbors, this one is located on the western edge of the borough, about an 8-minute drive from the College of Staten Island. “Subdued” rooms feature trademark pillow-top mattresses, as well as free WiFi, flat screen TVs and coffeemakers. Amenities include a modest exercise room and a business center. Hot breakfast, 24-hour coffee and parking are all complimentary.
