Coney Island's Children’s Halloween Festival and Parade

Children ages 3 to 14 years old and their families are invited to a free day of entertainment like magic shows, bounce houses, caricature art, arts-and-crafts, and a special performance by the Brooklyn United Marching Band for Halloween at Coney Island. All participants will automatically be enrolled in the official Coney Island Halloween Costume Contest for a chance to win great prizes in the following categories: Best Group Costume, Most Creative Costume, Best Handmade Costume, and lastly, Best Overall Costume. Registration opens at 10:30am on-site the day of the event only and all children must arrive in costume and be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older to enter. All children who participate between the ages of 3 and 14 will receive a two-hour unlimited ride wristband for Luna Park in Coney Island which will begin immediately concluding the Parade down the historic Riegelmann Boardwalk.
