Hundreds gathered at the historic Stonewall Inn in the wake of today’s long-awaited Supreme Court decision

Once again, the SCOTUS clearly wanted to be sure NYC Pride is extra amazing. Just as they did in 2013 with United States v. Windsor, the court granted a major victory for marriage equality just in time for the weekend's festivities. Revelers came together at the Stonewall Inn—where the modern gay rights movement got its start in 1969—to celebrate. The party also happened to be at the end of the route of this year’s Drag March, which added plenty of extra color to the scene.
