Time Out says

It's been 17 years since the last installment of Wigstock, the boundary-blasting drag festival that ruled the city between 1985–2001. Now, the legendary queer celebration returns to a world of Bushwig, RuPaul's Drag Race and all new forms of gender identity. To usher the festival into a new age, producers Lady Bunny and Neil Patrick Harris bring some of the artform's finest to the stage at the brand-new Pier 17 rooftop for iconic performances. And the lineup is a banger. Look out for shows from drag queens, queer artists and nightlife favorites including: Charlene, Alaska Thunderfuck, Justin Vivian Bond, Peppermint, Alex Newell, Taylor Mac, Amanda Lepore, Barbara Tucker, Basil, Bianca Del Rio, Bob the Drag Queen, Candis Cayne, Darnelle XV, Desmond Is Amazing, Dina Martina, Heklina, Jackie Beat, Jada Valenciaga, Jinkx Monsoon, Joey Arias, Kevin Aviance, Lina Bradford, Linda Simpson, Lypsinka, Murray Hill, Peaches Christ, Raven O, Sherry Vine, Varla Jean Merman, Willam Linda Simpson, Latrice Royale and Dita Von Teese.
