Burly yet atmospheric Philadelphia metalcore types A Life Once Lost top an eclectic bill. Author & Punisher is the solo project of California's Tristan Shone, who commands an imposing rig of self-engineered audio implements, turning himself into a kind of cyborg sound-maker. Opening is cellist Alison Chesley, who delivers a kind of loop-driven chamber doom under the Helen Money moniker. She's currently touring behind Arriving Angels, a new disc on the tastemaking metal imprint Profound Lore.
