Amanda Palmer

Outrageous, charismatic and oft-grating performer (and former Dresden Doll) Amanda Palmer heads a Mermaid Parade benefit for Coney Island USA. All proceeds will go toward reconstruction efforts and making this year's parade happen, and Palmer will be joined by special guests and the stars of the Coney Island Circus Sideshow. Sounds like a great match to us.
