An Evening of Mozart with J.D. McClatchy

Poet J.D. McClatchy's English translation of the libretto for Mozart's The Magic Flute has become a seasonal staple at the Metropolitan Opera. McClatchy has now translated seven Mozart opera librettos; tonight he'll be reading excerpts, with performances by Met company members.
