An Evening of Sea Music

Now this does look intriguing: Celtic singer (and murder balladeer) Jordan Shapiro presents a sea-shanty showcase (try saying that in a hurry) at old-timey mainstay the Jalopy Theatre. In addition to "Shapiro's Shanty Shakedown," which features a brass quartet plus stringed instruments galore, tonight's performers include all-gal a cappella troupe the Johnson Girls, plus maritime singer Geoff Kaufman. Find us hollering for "Drunken Sailor."
