André De Shields: Black by Popular Demand

The slyly flamboyant André De Shields, Broadway's original Wiz, has an amazing stage presence that has only gotten richer in recent years. Now he's riding high again in Hadestown, which earned him a 2019 Tony Award and is scheduled to return to Broadway at the start of September.
