Angelica Sanchez Trio + Mephista

Two superlative trios converge upon the Stone this evening. First up, at 8pm, is Mephista, the beguiling collaboration of pianist Sylvie Courvoisier, percussionist Susie Ibarra and laptopper Ikue Mori; afterward, at 10, pianist and Stone guest curator Angelica Sanchez takes over with her own threesome, featuring bassist Johannes Weidenmueller and drummer Ted Poor.
