Local indie-poppers Apollo Run, headed by multi-instrumentalist John McGrew, have a talent for defying genres that recalls Beirut. They headline tonight's stacked Billyburg bill, which also includes Brooklyn trio Beast Patrol, fronted by leather-clad singer Vanessa Bley (formerly of jazzy duo Twin Danger).
