ARTEK Winter Mini-Festival

Discover the music of 17th-century German-born Venetian composer Johann Rosenmüller, a contemporary of Monteverdi's, over two concerts. Mezzo-soprano Barbara Hollinshead and countertenor Ryland Angel are featured on the first night in a program of solo cantatas and instrumental music. On Sat 11, a 24-piece vocal-instrumental ensemble performs an evening of Venetian-style vespers. Come at 7pm either night for an illuminating preconcert lecture.
