Baby Dee, the greatest transsexual harpist-pianist-singer ever coughed out of Cleveland, recently issued Regifted Light, a touching LP produced by Andrew W.K. The record is filled with fancy instruments—tuba, sousaphone, glockenspiel, pump organ and prominent cello—but rarely feels glutted, dominated instead by the personality of Baby Dee's singing.
