Bachelorette, an arty electropop project based in Christchurch, New Zealand, is primarily the work of Annabel Alpers, whose singing glides across electronic pulses with the chill of another synthetic instrument. Tonight Alpers hits the Rock Shop in support of an icy new self-titled effort on Drag City. Opening is Erika Spring of local synth-pop mainstays Au Revoir Simone.
