Bad Brains

Bad Brains, perhaps the most fearsome act in early-’80s hardcore, is finally getting its due with a documentary, Bad Brains: A Band in DC, and a coinciding tour, which features a return to its most consistent lineup. Peppy metallic act H2O and recently reunited progressive-hardcore outfit Scream (old cronies of Bad Brains, with whom they played frequently in D.C. in the ’80s) lead off Tuesday, while Wu Tang Clan's GZA opens Wednesday.
