Beirut's Zach Condon has become a bona fide indie-rock star by mining sounds from foreign lands to give color to his Morrissey-like vocals and Magnetic Fields–like songs. He recently put out a bright, pretty single called "East Harlem" and now celebrates new album The Rip Tide with two nights at Terminal 5.
