He’s most famous over here for his Woody Guthrie collaborations with Wilco, but his massive folk-punk protest-song catalog is one to delve deeply into. Support comes from inventive Kentucky cellist Ben Sollee, who wowed us last year with his Sub Pop disc, Dear Companion.
