Black Prairie with Jon Mooallem and Michael Hurley

Groovy Portland, OR, bluegrassers Black Prairie include the Decemberists’ accordion player Jenny Conlee and drummer John Moen in their number, as well as guitarist Jon Neufeld of Dolorean. Tonight the band is joined by veteran Pennsylvania song man Michael Hurley. He's been spinning wild, vivid folktales for four decades now, and he finally fits the dirty-old-man persona that he's been pursuing since the ’70s, so tonight should be a treat.
