Blkmarket Membership is back at a top-secret location for a session of top-shelf techno beats. The lineup is, as usual for this party, a stunner. Roman Flugel—cofounder of the Ongaku/Klang/Playhouse family of labels, who produces as Eight Miles High, Roman IV and Soylent Green (and collaborates in Acid Jesus and Alter Ego, among others)—generally spins from the deeper end of the electronic spectrum. And speaking of deep, the enigmatic Traversable Wormhole (okay, not that enigmatic—it's NYC techno vet Adam X, now based in Berlin) will be dropping his rumbling, resonating rhythms as well.
