Odd Future’s meteoric rise appears to have uncorked a bubbling spring of unorthodox talent; now, two of the city’s sharpest innovators—down-to-earth rhymesmith Blu and genre-ambivalent duo J*Davey—join forces for what they call the New World Culture Tour. Both acts are preparing to unveil new albums in the coming months; judging by sneak peeks they’ve been giving on tour, both releases will be business as usual, which is to say they'll be unlike anything we’ve ever heard.
