Brooklyn Mirage

This East Williamsburg open-air venue—part of the larger 80,000 square-foot Avant Gardner building—is an ambitious project, decking out its enormous dance space with castle-like battlements. After sputtering through a few false starts before obtaining the proper legal licensing, the space opened its doors in 2015 to host everything from big-name house and techno club nights to movie screenings.
