Charlie Faye

Austin-based singer-songwriter Charlie Faye is amidst a rather interesting project; a cross-country trek where she'll spend a month in different cities, forming new bands and recording a song per each stint. The project is based on John Steinbeck's Travels with Charley, but she clearly went for the pun and ditched the dog angle (which is too bad). Tonight she'll play Rockwood with her NYC band, who will soon have their hearts broken.
