Time Out says

Celebrated pianist Chick Corea always draws a crowd any time he plays this intimate Village nightspot. This week he’s paying tribute to an honored forebear, Bill Evans, in the company of two musicians who worked with the pianist. Bassist Eddie Gomez teamed up with Evans during the ’70s; Paul Motian was part of Evans’s landmark trio in the ’60s, and has since developed a singular approach to rhythm that ought to keep his cohorts guessing here. (Flutist Hubert Laws sits in on Thu 13 only.)
