Christian Gibbs with Alana Amram and the Rough Gems

Veteran local singer Christian Gibbs leads Lucinda Black Bear (and used to play with Modern English) and really knows his way around a dark, country-inflected pop melody. Tonight he teams up with folky local songwriter Alana Amram—daughter of Beat-music icon David Amram—and her band.
