The Dutch-Surinamese spinner Chuckie was a virtual unknown two years ago; nowadays, his full-bore, big-room electronic thumpery finds favor with the David Guettas and Erick Morillos of the world. Tonight he's spinning at Lavo, the new restaurant-club imported straight from the mean streets of Las Vegas.
