Cleveland Orchestra

One of America's finest orchestras comes calling with two works by Beethoven, neither overexposed: the Symphony No. 4 and an orchestral version of the Grosse Fuge. Music director Franz Welser-Möst complements those pieces with a post-Romantic reverie, The Poem of Ecstasy by Scriabin, and a local premiere, Matthias Pintscher's Chute d'Étoiles.
