Colin Meloy + Eleanor Friedberger

Colin Meloy fronts Portland, OR's the Decemberists, a band that attracts a nerdily passionate following, thanks to its knowing (and to some, pretentious) indie-antiquarianism. Meloy has put out a series of covers EPs over the years, celebrating Morrissey, Shirley Collins, Sam Cooke and the Kinks—expect to hear from across the board at this Town Hall show featuring the whimsical Eleanor Friedberger of the Fiery Furnaces.
