Composer Portrait: Fred Lerdahl

The Argento Chamber Ensemble and the Daedalus Quartet join forces for a program devoted to new and recent works by Fred Lerdahl, an inventive modernist with a penchant for kaleidoscopic colors. Brilliant cellist Anssi Karttunen is featured in Arches, a concerto composed for the occasion, and Lerdahl will participate in an onstage interview during the concert.
