Composer Portrait: Hilda Paredes

Brad Lubman and his outstanding ensemble Signal celebrate the angular, exotic oeuvre of Mexican-born composer Hilda Paredes with this retrospective that features a pair of her works from the last decade—Corazon de Onix and Ah Paaxo'Ob—as well as a new piece, Señales, commissioned by the Miller Theatre and written for Signal and violinist Irvine Arditti.
