Costume Contest at Webster Hell

The costume competition at Webster Hell, the official after-party for New York's Village Halloween Parade, is fierce. You’ll have to step up your game if you want to win one of the contest’s four categories: scariest, sexiest, funniest and most original. Whoever creates the best getup has a chance to win cash prizes.
