Cuarteto La Catrina

In its only New York appearance this season, the fiery foursome—currently in residence at New Mexico State University—plays a new commission by Puerto Rican composer Roberto Sierra, as well as music by Ginastera, Piazzolla, Manuel Ponce, Javier Alvarez and Joaquín Gutiérrez Heras.
