Blue Note Jazz Festival. Singer-saxist Curtis Stigers has sold millions of albums since his #1 hit "I Wonder Why" in 1991. Here, he celebrates a new disc, Hooray for Love. Coming from a guy who first made it big singing, "I wonder why we hold on, with tears in our eyes," that sounds like a marked improvement.
