Glenn Danzig is a punch line in some circles, but he also happens to be one of the most brilliant singer-songwriters of his generation, a master at wedding occult themes to fiendishly hooky, emotionally weighty rock & roll. The New Jersey stalwart's current tour previews the upcoming cover album, Skeletons, which features versions of Black Sabbath's "N.I.B.", Elvis's "Let Yourself Go" and ZZ Top's "Rough Boy," among others.
