Dance-music deity François K and his Deep Space soiree—which focuses on dub in all its glorious, echo-drenched forms, but extends its reach to all types of underground dance music—have been ruling Monday nights for years. And, we're guessing, they will for years to come as well; the party is simply one of the best things going in NYC clubland. That's doubly true if Deep Space keeps coming up with scenarios like the the one featured tonight: Mr. K will be going toe-to-toe with Detroit techno innovator Carl Craig for an all-night tag-team session.
