Behind a suitably allusive name comes a striking combination of seasoned improvisers with eclectic approaches. Gathered by bagpiper David Watson, the group includes Miguel Frasconi, who makes glass objects sing; Sean Meehan, who makes a snare drum hum; and Jay Rozen, whose tuba buzzes and chirps.
