Ecstatic Music Festival: Timo Andres and Gabriel Kahane

Neither pianist-composer Timothy ("Timo") Andres nor singer, multi-instrumentalist and composer Gabriel Kahane has shown much respect for musical boundaries, which makes them ideal companions for a program titled "An Evening with Charles Ives." Expect to hear songs and other pieces by the namesake maverick, as well as complementary works by everyone from Bach to Kurtág…and, of course, present company.
