You might be tempted to hate on Eric Hutchinson, playing behind his first release in four years, Moving Up Living Down, a radio-ready folk-pop-soul disc that seems as if it came easier than breathing to the Maryland songsmith. But you've gotta give him credit for the sheer unassuming good vibes emanating from these Sublime-meets–Billy Joel hookfests. Catchy London-based duo Graffiti6 heads up this good-looking bill.
