Time Out says

Fare Forward is a new two-day music festival set to take over Wollman Rink at Central Park on April 30 and May 1 from 2pm to 10pm featuring a variety of artists spanning a number of genres.

The city's park will serve as a backdrop to performances by the likes of Guy Laliberte, Weather Station, Carlita, Acid Pauli, Dill and The Illustrious Blacks.

In addition to the event's musical component, atteendees will get to engage with works from multidisciplinary artists within a full-sensory exhibition that will be mounted within the park while reveling in food prepared by chefs from the city's culinary scene (yes, there will be vegan and vegetarian options as well!).

Consider this the Burning Man of New York.
