Friday Night in Harlem

The Apollo heralds the Super Bowl with a stacked bill. Grammy Award–winning singer-songwriter Regina Belle, the "First Daughter of Soul" Lalah Hathaway (her father was the legendary Donny Hathaway), Valerie Simpson (of Ashford and Simpson) and the Manhattan School of Music Swing Jazz Orchestra take the stage alongside a bevy of esteemed jazz guests. Also scheduled for the evening: a special gospel tribute to Nelson Mandela.
