HJ Lim

Born in Korea and now based in Switzerland, pianist HJ Lim made an initial splash via YouTube in 2009; she then caused a substantial stir with a complete Beethoven sonata cycle played in Paris the following year. Having recorded the cycle for EMI Classics, she heralds its impending arrival on American shores with an intimate recital featuring two late Beethoven sonatas and a Q&A session.
